In observance of Early Bird’s Young Birders Month, PNLIT and The Green Ogre invite you to a special walk for nature-lovers of all ages.

Nature Walk @ Puttenahalli Puttakere By Bijoy Venugopal and Arhaan Sunawalla.

Bijoy Venugopal is a communications professional, travel writer and nature educator. He is the founder editor of The Green Ogre, a narrative-based storytelling initiative.

Arhaan Sunawala is a 14-year-old nature enthusiast particularly passionate about birdlife in the Nilgiris. Keen to share his love for feathery creatures with his peers, he designed and conducted bird walks for over a 100 students in his school, Inventure Academy. He is a budding wildlife photographer and is extremely grateful to be a part of the Early Bird community.

📍Meeting Point: Gazebo at the lake near Brigade Millennium entrance

Walk details:
* Duration: Till around 9:45 AM
* Terrain: Level, approximately 1 km around the lake
* Suitable for all ages

What to wear:
* Dull-coloured clothes
* Hats/caps
* Comfortable walking shoes (avoid slippers or thin-soled sandals)

What to bring:
* Binoculars, bird books/apps (optional)
* Camera (optional)
* Notebook/sketchpad and pencil (optional)
* Drinking water (necessary)
