Rangapani is a fringe village of Manas National Park in Baksa district, Assam. It is home to the Bodo community. Between Manas National Park and our village lies a wide, open farmland called Koklabari Seed Farm. This land is very special because it is home to the critically endangered Bengal Florican. It’s a peaceful place where nature and people live closely together, connecting the park with our community.

Although our village is surrounded by rich natural beauty, many teenagers aged 14 to 18 have not yet had the chance to explore the wonderful biodiversity around them. To help them connect with nature, we are organizing a two-day event — on the first day, we will explore our own village, and on the second day, we will visit the Koklabari Seed Farm.
