What to wear: Easy fitting full length clothes, (preferably of green/brown/grey/dark blue colour), cap/hat, shoes that cover ankles and toes completely. Please carry rain gear as appropriate.
What to avoid wearing: Jewellery items, slippers, shorts and sleeveless tops. Avoid white, yellow, orange, and other bright colours.
What to carry: Bottle of water and dry food as appropriate.
